B.O.B Salons All Inclusive membership is a Monthly Direct Debit scheme to help you maintain beautiful hair all year long

Your All-Inclusive membership, entitles you to any of our services with some execptions* So you really can come in as often as you like.

*** STRICTLY LIMITED MEMBERSHIP: The generous nature of this membership means we can only sell 20 All Inclusive memberships this year ***

The details

What you get:

  • As many haircuts & hair colours as you like.  The more visits you have, the more you save.
  • unlimited in-salon conditioning treatments for the ultimate in hair-care.(excludes Olaplex & Awaphui Wild Ginger treatments)
  • As many blow-dries as you like.
  • You pay one, low, monthly amount regardless of whether you visit every week or every 10 weeks!
  • Direct Debit payment: ultra-convenient with payments on the 1st of every month
  • You choose your favourite stylist
  • Book your colours and cuts as far ahead as you want to ensure your preferred appointment slot

Cancelation Policy:

You can cancel your membership at any time by giving ONE month’s notice in writing. Please send this to;

Once we receive your cancelation confirmation, we will then remove you from the All-Inclusive scheme and normal pricing of our services will resume.

If you cancel your membership, you agree to pay back any outstanding savings your membership has given you in that month* -see example

B.O.B Salons LTD can withdraw your All-Inclusive membership offer at any time by giving one months notice. Notice can be given by email to the email account that you have given at time of signing up for this offer.

  • Wedding & Prom hair services

Example of cancelling your membership in any given month

You have your hair coloured & haircut in B.O.B salons
Your bill should have been £190. But you don’t pay this as you join the All-Inclusive membership. Your chosen membership plan is only £149 so you save £41 immediately.
You then cancel your membership. You are then required to repay the £41 you saved from being a All Inclusive member. You are then put onto our normal tariff pricing

FAQs

Q. Can I cancel my All Inclusive Membership?

A. Your membership is for a twelve (12) month commitment. You may cancel at any time provided you pay full price for any services you have received minus any membership fees you have already paid. * See cancelation policy

Q. Can I request a specific stylist or colorist?

A. Yes. You can choose any of our stylist subject to availability

Q. Are all Services included in my membership?

A. Most Services are included but there are a few exceptions. Please see the details above for what is not included.

Q. How many appointments can I schedule at one time?

A. You can have two appointments scheduled at one time. Once you attend your scheduled appointment,  you can request another.

Q. How long does my membership last?

A. Memberships contracts run on a 12-month rotation

Q.Is it really unlimited?   

A. Yes really, it’s unlimited. You can come in as often as you want. Just remember you can schedule up to two appointments at a time.( ie Hair cut & Colour)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing the monthly payment option you are agreeing to the terms of this membership agreement.

Your All-Inclusive membership benefits are not transferable to any other person. Attempting to book services on behalf of someone else will bring this agreement to an immediate end

Payments are due monthly and will be collected by Direct Debit from GoCardless on or close to the 1st of each calendar month.  You agree to maintain a direct debit instruction with your bank for the amount due. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit instruction without contacting us first.(Your bank statements will have GoCardless with BOB Salons as reference)

If you register for direct debit payments after the first week of the month your actual all-inclusive membership will begin on the following month. (Example. You apply and set up the direct debit on the 15th of May. Your actual all-inclusive memberships begins on the 1st June when we begin to take the first payment)

The membership agreement is of 12 months’ duration (subject to terms under the heading “Cancellation”).

We may make reasonable changes to the All Inclusive Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.

Membership is open to all customers over the age of 18.  You must have access to an email account and provide us with the email address.

The All Inclusive Monthly Payment Option is only open to those who have been customers of B.O.B salons LTD for a minimum of 3 months

If your Bank fails to make a direct debit payment from your account when due B.O.B Salons will write or email to advise you of this. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment.

If you cancel your Direct Debit instruction without giving us notice of cancellation (see “Cancellation policy”) or making a new Direct Debit instruction an administration fee of £20 will be charged for each failed direct debit payment. If you fail to make an overdue payment within 14 days you agree that we may use you Direct Debit mandate to recover the full outstanding amount

You will in these circumstances have the option to instead cancel your membership in line with the terms of this agreement under the heading cancelation

You may cancel your membership without giving any reason within 14 days of membership.  This allows time for you to ensure you have made a sound decision about the membership. If you have had the benefit of any services  in the first 14 days you must pay the difference between your monthly membership payment and the total tariff or list price of the services.

We may send you information relating to your membership and current offers and promotions by email, Messenger, SMS or by post.
