Salon Etiquette
Last minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ mean we are unable to offer these appointments to other guests meaning they cost us dearly in both money and time. Similarly, it is important that our guests turn up for their appointments on time, in order for us to meet their expectations and not cause disruption to other guests.
Please remember when booking all appointments that this time is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice or any HAIRMILES that you have accrued will be removed. For new guests having a colour service we take a £25 deposit. We require notification of at least 24 hours otherwise your deposit will be non-refundable.
B.O.B salons will require a deposit a minimum of seven days in advance of appointments that are likely to be time-consuming. For example, a deposit will be required for hair smoothing treatments and colour correction appointments longer than 2 hours. Deposit amounts will vary depending on the treatment and length of service.
Getting it right
The B.O.B team work really hard to achieve the look and style you have in your mind. Very, very occasionally we may not be on quite the right track and you may feel the look is not quite what you wanted. Don’t panic! If you contact us within 7 days of your appointment date, we will very happily book you in to work with your hair again to make sure you’re really happy. As you will appreciate, we will need to see you back in salon as soon as possible. Hair grows very quickly and any follow up appointments must be within this 7 day timescale to ensure the best chance of success. Any later than 7 days will result in possible charges to re-do your hair
